First, I sampled a jar of Raw Adirondack Wildflower Honey with Light Cappings. As most people know, honey has an abundance of valuable health benefits to the consumer. However, these only apply to raw honey such as the Wildflower Honey I sampled.   12. Peanut butter and honey is really good on English muffins! I also keep a jar of peeled garlic cloves in honey and after sitting for a while, I eat a couple daily. Garlic and onions are really good for your immune system! The one thing I’ve been wanting to do to make it even better is to use raw honey!

    My ultimate fave is this recipe called Spicy Honey Chicken. I make it at least once a month. You finish of a highly seasoned grilled chicken thigh with an apple cider vinegar and honey glaze. Fantastic. On a simpler note, I love me some hot biscuits drizzled with honey :)
